1. THE SERVICE

Hip Hop Vault ("the App") is a hip-hop culture gaming platform operated by Powerhouse Collective. We provide quiz games, affiliate marketing tools, and cultural content celebrating hip-hop history.

2. FREE PLAYS & PURCHASES

The App offers 4 free plays per 24-hour period. Additional plays and full game access are available via in-app purchases. All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.

3. LEGENDS (AFFILIATE) ACCOUNTS

Legends Accounts are affiliate partnerships. To qualify you must meet eligibility requirements including minimum follower counts and verification status. We reserve the right to approve or deny applications at our discretion. Commission rates and terms may change with 30 days notice.

4. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, create fake accounts, manipulate affiliate commissions, or violate any applicable laws. Violations may result in account termination without refund.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Hip Hop Vault, its games, branding, and content are owned by Powerhouse Collective. Hip-hop lyrics and cultural references are used for educational and entertainment purposes. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. ADVERTISING

Free players may see advertisements. Paid subscribers (Culture Pack, Vault Pass) will not see advertisements. Ad content is managed by Hip Hop Vault and we are not responsible for third-party advertiser content.

7. PRIVACY

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The App is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
